July 31, 2021 Anchorage near Hydra, Greece.
I am elated to be a part of God’s Plan. This morning I was first up and on the flybridge of ‘Vesper’ – stretching, praying and praising God. (Every time I do ‘child’s pose’ I say “thank You Father God, thank You Jesus, my Savior, thank You Holy Spirit of God in me.”)
Standing at the helm I was praising and watching the water – out of the sun – (it is stiflingly hot already) and I saw a ripple start in the water and felt the slight and welcomed breeze around me, surrounding me.
Spontaneously I said, (with outstretched arms) “welcome Holy Spirit, come and fill me!”
Just then, with the slight breeze carried by the voice of God, I saw the tiniest slip of silver leaping joyfully across the just barely moving waters. It was a miniature flying fish which, I believe, was nature confirming what I was feeling…joy, through the love and indwelling Spirit of God. Confirmation of my faith.
Confirmation of the miracle of all life. Confirmation that He lives! and “in Him I live and move and have my being!!!!!”
